Beixi has worked with small businesses throughout her career - including the first one she started at the age of 17 in her hometown, Ann Arbor, Michigan.

She spent a few years in management consulting with A.T. Kearney working with different including utilities, consumer, and insurance helping drive growth and technology adoption. Following consulting, she led the $84M business unit of a global consumer company across all functions including sales, supply, marketing, R&D, and finance.

Wanting to get back into the small business world, she then led cross-functional teams to launch a new consumer business before joining a technology small business leading marketing and customer experience.

Through her experiences, she’s realized a few things:
